Use of the site

The website and the office apps are freely accessible, with no sign-up. You need an account for AIM Mail, AIM Cloud and the Pro plan. Use is governed by the terms of use. We explain how we process your data in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The text, design and trade marks of AIM OFFICE belong to their owner. The apps include open-source components under their own licences, whose notices are in licences. The documents you create or edit are always yours.

AIM OFFICE is an independent product. Third-party trademarks, trade names and logos that may be mentioned in connection with file-format compatibility (such as DOCX, XLSX, PPTX or PDF) belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. AIM OFFICE does not use icons, templates, themes, fonts or other assets from those products.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence, to the consumer services of your autonomous community or to an accredited alternative dispute resolution body. AIM has not adhered to any alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes.
