Refunds and withdrawal

14 days to change your mind

If you go Pro and aren't convinced, you can withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase (or of each annual renewal) and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.

How to request it

• From the link in your Paddle receipt, or
• by writing to legal@biomag.es from your account's email address, saying that you wish to withdraw. You can use this template: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the AIM OFFICE Pro service, purchased on [date]. Account email: [email]”.

The refund is made to the same payment method, through Paddle, within 14 days of our receiving your request. The Pro plan is deactivated at that point.

After 14 days

You can cancel whenever you like and you won't be charged again; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. We don't refund partial periods except in case of our error or where the law requires it.

Your files

If you stop being Pro, your AIM Cloud files aren't deleted immediately: they are kept for 90 days so you can download them from My files.
