AIM Record detects where the pointer moves and where the image changes, and suggests zooming in there, with smooth moves that zoom in, follow the pointer and zoom out. Accept, change or remove each zoom.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in your computer's browser: the browser asks your permission for the screen, camera and microphone.
Is there a time limit?
There is no fixed limit when recording: it depends on the free space in your browser, which the app shows you, and you can set a time limit if you wish. When exporting, in Chrome and Edge on a computer large videos are saved straight to disk, in chunks, without loading them into memory; in Firefox and Safari the video is prepared in your device's memory and, with very long recordings or modest devices, it may fail: the app warns you before you start.
Can I share the video with a link?
No: AIM Record doesn’t create links. Download the video or send it with AIM Send if it’s large.
What format does it record in?
It records in WebM, which recovers better if the tab closes, or in MP4 if you ask. When exporting you can still get an MP4.
Can I edit a video I already have?
Yes: import a video and edit it just like a recording.
